🎄 Jim2 Customer Support Survey results uncovered 85% satisfaction with our customer support staff and a really positive 70% Net Promoter Score where users would recommend Jim2 to others. Thank you for sharing your feedback in these surveys and for your compliments to our support superstars – Leisa, Will, Linda, Ros, Tom, Kyran, Katy, Jonty, David, Georges and Derryk.
🎄 We held eight upskill webinars on key aspects of Jim2 equalling 5+ hours of learning.
🎄 Tallied 15 Quick Jim2 Tips covering many hidden gems in Jim2.
🎄 Welcomed nine new faces and two familiar personalities back to the team to deliver more for our users. Our team now works remotely with staff in various locations across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and New Zealand. 🎄 Implemented 30+ items from Happen UserVoice Forums into Jim2 this year.
🎄 Wonderful uptake with 80% of Jim2 Premium and Managed Services subscription clients running Version 4.4, which includes new android-friendly Jim2 Mobile (v2), Bank Feeds and much more.
🎄 Happen EKM Print Management’s reach has grown significantly reporting a 76% increase in machines in the field and has assisted dealers to efficiently manage consumables with 41% growth in consumable requests compared to last year.
🎄 And we welcomed new integrations with a Jim2Commerce offering and a range of third-party integrations which we’ll cover in much more detail next year. We’ve partnered with Australia Post, StarTrack, MachShip, Phocas BI, Autotask, Netstock, and .WMS.
It has been a big year filled with plenty of exciting new initiatives for Jim2, and new applications of Jim2 in the diverse businesses that make up Jim2’s client base. We continue to dedicate ourselves to providing excellent customer support and ensuring that our users have everything they need to succeed with our software.
