Jonas Software, a division of Canadian company Constellation Software Inc, specialises in acquiring and growing great software companies like Happen Business.
Jonas Software lives by their core value ‘Software for Life’, with over 75 independently managed software companies, each maintaining the unique culture that elevated them to leaders in their field.
In joining Jonas Software, Happen Business will adopt a ‘business as usual’ approach, continuing to operate with the current staff under the existing name, with the same products, services and development approach to Jim2 Business Engine. It’s a great outcome for all customers, staff, products and services.
New Appointment
Steve Morris, Product Specialist at Happen Business has been appointed as Happen’s new CEO.
Many customers will have discussed use of Jim2.Cloud, new project concepts, or conducted training sessions with Steve during his four years at Happen Business. Steve will play a key role in leading Happen Business through its next chapter, along with the existing leadership team.
Paul Berger will also continue in the Happen team to 1 July 2019. His role will shift from Managing Director to Founder and Technical Adviser, where he continues to lend his expertise to further development of Jim2 Business Engine.
