Your clients can have as many contacts and delivery addresses associated with the clients’ account as you may need in Jim2. You can assign them as a primary contact or to another group or role at the business address so each Vendor or Client of yours can be quickly accessible and easily identified.

Invoices and Purchase Orders generated in Jim2 retain the original address and document details and should the client’s address or contact person change later, this does not affect the legally binding documents retrospectively.

Multiple delivery addresses and ship-to addresses can be retained against each contact in Jim2.

All documents and emails can be sent directly out of Jim2 electronically and can be held against the customer’s record, making it easy to review communications as well as sales, sales history and payments in one place.
